The Ridley assessment is a 6+ hour session with a trained assessor. A report on how the candidate assesses on the13 prominent performance dimensions that demonstrate a high capacity for leading church multiplication. Through an extensive interview, an assessor (or assessment team) will explore how a candidate demonstrates key characteristics of their past performance and behaviors. A comprehensive report detailing a candidate's strengths and potential weaknesses will be provided.
